When you buy a content pack from us (Formidable, Conqueror, or any other pack), here’s what you need to know:
What you get:

Corresponding captions ready to copy and paste

A hashtag guide (where applicable)
What you can do:

Use the content on your own social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Intersperse our content with your own salon work

Use the content for your salon’s organic social media marketing
What you cannot do:

Resell the content packs as your own

Share or distribute the original files to other salons or individuals

Claim ownership of the creative assets

Use the content for any illegal or deceptive purpose
All digital assets remain the intellectual property of CrozNest Ltd. You are purchasing a license to use the content, not ownership of the content itself.
No Refund Policy – Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our content packs, all sales are final. Once you download a pack, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience technical issues (e.g., broken download link, corrupted file), contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it immediately.

Intellectual Property
